Fortigate VM appliance logging

How on earth I can get all traffic to be logged in FGT VM? I can see only some parts of the traffic going through the firewall... I have 5.2.1 FGT VM appliance and log hard disk status is available and I have enabled logging. 

config log disk setting

    set status enable

Is there something that should be done differently with VM appliance? Any debugging commands? This is really frustrating..

Make sure :

1.disk got format, check it with CLI:get sys status,

or format with CLI: execute formatlogdisk ,

2." set logtraffic all" is on your policy.

3. dia test application  miglogd xxx , is debug command,
