Fortigate UTM IPS and SSL Offloading

Hi,

I need setup one policy to improve IPS to webserver with ssl and I would like improve the feature UTM with SSL Offloading and without cache. Like the picture below:

I read other ways to do it, but I don't find one way to do IPS with SSL Offloading. If I use SSL Inspection the connection between Fortigate and Webserver is over SSL.
