Fortigate SSL Webportal Issue

Hi Everyone wondering if anyone has come across this issue. I have created a Web Portal and created a new Connection to my internal server via RDP i can connect to the RDP session within the browser and works ok when using a Windows/Mac machine but when i connect with an ipad which is the requirement the RDP session connects ok but when u try and type something in the session the virtual keyboard does not come up on the ipad ... so i can type anything.Any suggestions? thanks heaps..

Hi mahe55,

It could be something related to unsupported keyboard layout.

Please check if the keyboard layout on iPad is supported or you can modify under SSL VPN bookmark settings.
