Fortigate - Report menu missing

Hi everybody,

I have a strange issue on my Fortigate 60c (firmware v5.0,build0252 GA Patch 5). I would like to use and manage local reports but I can't see the menu on GUI.

I have enabled disk logging but I don't have the "Enable Local Reports" choice under "Log & Report => Log Config => Log Settings => Logging and archiving". (picture 001.jpg)

My "Log & Report" section has not the "Report" tree end subtree.

I also checked other Fortigate models (40c, 60d...) with different firmware release (alway v.5) and I have the same issue.

Any ideas?

hi,

maybe this previous discussion on the forums may give you some clues.

Besides, I recommend upgrading to the latest stable patch of v5 which is 5.0.9 (rather than 5.0.10). There might have been a bug in the older patches.

(and please, no need to discuss v5.0.10 over v5.0.9 here :)
