Fortigate Loses Connection after IP change

Hello, we recently changed ISP' s and the external IP address of a Fortigate 100A running 3.00,build0400,061003. Since doing so, we are unable to connect to our FortiAnalyzer. The device displays in devices>all with the old IP address. I can NOT delete the device from the FA GUI (no trash can icon) I can ping the FA from the FG, but can not connect when I configure the FA connection. Any ideas? I suspect the problem is that the device ID already exists in the FA with another IP. Anyone know of a way to delete the FG from the FA from the command line?

Is the FGT a member of a group? That is the only thing I can see that would make it unable to be deleted in the FA.

Nope. It is a stand alone device. Thing is, we have 20 other devices in the FA and about half of them do not have the delete icon....

i' m not sure if this is causing your problem; anyway, you could delete one device form CLI with this :
 config log device
 delete <your_annoying_device_name>
 end

Thanks Abelio, that did the trick, I still am unable to connect to the FA for some reason. I can PING it from the command line on the FG, it just won' t connect.

this CLI command can be useful here:
diagnose sniffer packet any " host <your FA IP> or host <your FGT IP> and udp port 514"

to see what' s happening between both devices.

DO I run that from the Analyzer CLI or the Fortigate? I could not get it to work.
