Hi @stanleyssm ,
In your FGT GUI --> Dashboard --> Status --> FortiGate Cloud widget, what does it look for now?

Hi , I still don't have access to the dashboard, as I haven't been able to do the licensing yet. See below. Is there another way to get there without being able to activate the license here?

In your last screenshot, there is such info (See in the screenshot below)
Have you tried to login to FortiCare?
BTW, FortiCare is https://support.fortinet.com

Hoo, let me start from scratch and explain what i did until now.
1. I download the Vm from fortigat the last image and import it to my Lab, using vmwrae workstation pro
2. i do all config to access to internet and via Web browser
3. i tried to activate the evolution license using GUI (using account wich i have registered on forticloud) it give error msg says TIME OUT
4. I tried activet evoulution license using CLI, the same msg erro shoe, Time out.
5. i posted here for supprt, and i sent the requested information.
so my question is now, is it possivel to access to the fortigate dshboard if the evolution license its not acivated? if so please show me how, so i can try activate from the dashboard. if not, how to resolve the activation this evaluation license

Hi @stanleyssm ,
After Step 2, did you confirm that you have the Internet access?
The error "Time out" may indicate that you do not have Internet access for FortiCloud login.
What you see in GUI/CLI is what you have. In CLI, could you run the following CLI commands?
get router info routing-table all
execute ping 4.2.2.2

Hi @stanleyssm ,
Interesting: You do have Internet access, you do have access to the FortiCloud login. So you are supposed to be able to register this VM device.
In your FortiCloud account --> Product List, is there any other VM device for trial?
