Fortigate Gui DHCP Monitor showing "Not Reserved"?

What does "Not Reserved" mean in this case?

The DHCP is clearly working because my clients are getting an IP from the Firewall.

I'm running version 6.2.8 which I realize is a bit out of date.

This just means there isn't a DHCP reservation.  So the IP address of the that device could change in the future based on the DHCP pool.   A DHCP reservation forces that client to get the same IP address each time it does a DHCP request.
