Fortigate FortiAp wireless users are frequently disconnected

Hello,

I am facing one weird issue during FortiAP POC for wireless network. I have configured setup as follows,

During POC I have configured FG80C for as wireless controller (customer lan network connects in firewall fg80C wan interface)  and have connected FAP220B access point on firewall fg80C lan network , access point is directly connected to firewall. FortiAp have static ip address and authorized in firewall. I have configured Wireless profile for the access point with both radio were enabled.

I have configured two SSID which is for Staff with WPA2-Personal AES and captive portal for Guest and configured firewall policies. both SSID in tunnel mode.

same setup when I tested in my office it was working fine with any devices (mobile, laptop) but when we connect same setup in customer network issue was started,

The issue is each and every devices is getting disconnected frequently.

My laptop and mobile phone was not connected (which was working fine in office setup)

some machine were got connected but after some time they were disconnected.

I have capture same logs during issue time please find in attachment.

I have also trying by deleting SSID and configuring with new name, but still it was not working.

Firmware FG80C V5.0.9

FAP220B V5.0.8

Give me any feedback if some body faced or observed this kind of issue.

Thank you.
