Fortigate Firewall firmware upgradation

Can you please tell me what the stable version of fortigate firewall firmware is as of now.

currently I am using 6.4.4 version.

And also recommend which version should I upgrade.

each major firmware version is stable, however everyone has it's known issue. 
Therefore, you should have a look to the Release Notes. Consider 7.2.X, 7.4.X

So in summary the more stable should be 7.0.13 and 6.4.14.
