Fortigate Firewall DDNS Issue

I have configured DDNS for fortigate firewall. before i configured actual box,it's on demo box. DDNS is work correctly. But now it doesn't work. Why is it? Pls tell me the reason. [&o]

What doesn't work about DDNS now, where it worked before?

Is it that the record resolves to an old/invalid IP?

If you bounce the interface serving the DDNS record, and obtain a new (and different) lease, do the DDNS settings track the new address, even if it resolves to a different address on public servers?

Do you have valid support contracts for the FortiGate?

Let's expand on the questions mac and I posted earlier. As well...

Are you using the same hostname on a new device in production that you earlier used for a demo?

Does the new FortiGate have a public IP on its external interface, or is it behind another NAT device?
