Fortigate FG200F running 7.4.3 Video Buffering

Hello All,

We are experiencing an issue with Video Playback Buffering consistently from a portal hosted by azure of Body and Dash cam footage from our City Police department.  Youtube and other video sources all play fine.  If I watch video from this portal bypassing our firewall it plays without issue.  So I'm a bit perplexed   Any suggestions would be much appreciated.  Thanks

I understand you are experiencing an issue with Video Playback Buffering consistently if you bypass Fortigate you are not facing any issues.

> Could you let us  know if its a new setup.

> May I know if the policy used for video is in flow-based or in proxy-based.

> If in case you re using security profiles in policy try disabling the security policy just for testing purposes to confirm if Security profiles are causing this issue.

> Also let us know was it working before or is it a new setup. What is the current firmware version you are currently using?
