Fortigate DOA

I just uppacked two 3810s and one is flat dead on arrival. Doesn' t even boot up, display anything on the console or LCD. What has been other people opinions on DOA harwdare with any of fortinet lineup? Just this year with the bigger chassis, I' ve seen 2 others DOA also or failed within their 1st 2weeks or less. I can honestly say I never seen this with Cisco or Juniper security appliance. Are their QC dept sleeping on the job ?
