Fortigate Conserve Mode reportd has highest Memory consumption

Hi, 

We have a Fortigate 240D, is getting the Conserve mode activated due to high memory usage, I check the diag sys top command and the highest process is reportd with 41.7 of memory consumption. What you recommend me to do? current version is v.5.4.4.build 1117

diag sys kill 11 like in the thread, then open a TT with TAC.
