Fortigate: Captive Portal not working on MacOS

Good morning at all,

I have a problem using the captive portal on MACos.

The login and password page pops up, I enter them and the page times out. I'm wondering if anyone has had this problem and if they have any advice for me.

Same user with windows and android everything ok.

in the past I remember having this problem and they asked me to open some Apple links for everyone but I don't remember and I don't want to remember them badly.

please help.

Do you apply any restricting things after the captive authentication?

Apple devices want to access captive.apple.com. If they see "Success" when after accessing that page, captive authentication is a success for Apple devices.

Can you control your apple devices can access that page?

the portal of the captive portal is that of the Fortigate. so I have to do a test by authorizing traffic from all MACoI'll try it if anything and I'll update you. s to the captive.apple.com link? In the meantime, thank you very much

Yes, correct. You need to give access to "captive.apple.com".
