Fortigate 80F logging temperature is too high after upgrade to 7.4

 

Hi guys! 

 

My 80F is getting loads of warning messages of temp is too high after upgrading to fortiOs 7.4, externally I can't fell it hotter than usual, the data center is climate controlled and the fw is not placed in encloused space.

It is a probably bug?

It looks like it's a known issue #894202 and it will be solved in 7.4.1

Hello @therculano

 

Yes, there is a bug ID 894202 affecting FGT_8xF/FWF_8xF/FGT_9xE/FGT_10xE/FGT_20xE/FGT_14xE. 

 

This bug is fixed in the next releases 7.2.6:1539, 7.4.1:2391. 7.4.1 will be released end the end of this month or early September.
