My Fortigate 80E suddenly has no logs displayed. All logs were missing or not recorded even on my Forticloud. May I know the reason of this? This just happened today. Previous days it has logs recorded.

Go to System > FortiGuard and check if FortiGuard is reachable.
Also enable temporarily logging to Memory to see if there is something relevant in the system logs.

Apart of the above-mentioned settings that you can check regarding this issue, you can also verify if your device is affected by high Memory/CPU utlization which might affect the logging. Also, you can check the logs via CLI for different categories if the issue is still same:
