We have a problema with a Fortigate 61E with 110~120 users.
FortiOS: 5.4.5
With:
Webfilter
Aplication Control
IPS
SSL Inspection
The customer have Three links, one of 20mbps full, and two others of 10mbps each, for failover only.
But, the Fortigate 61E, is not supporting the traffic, about 110~120 users.
So, this numbers, are fake?

The TAC cannot explain why, and I need to understand.

How did you resolve this. i have two 61E with each around 20 people but still cannot support them. the memory is almost 70 percent when no one is even in the office.
