Fortigate 60F customer request

Hi, i wanted to know if it is possible to implement the backup service on a Fortinet 60F.Let me explain better, having two routers connected, the main one on WAN2 and the secondary one on WAN1 , it is possible if the main router is switched off, to hijack all the traffic on secondary router ? if yes, how ?
