4 days ago, Fortigate 60F stopped working suddenly. We cannot reach the admin panel using the ip address. Lights were on but cannot reach the device. I plugged in usb cable to reach the device using the app. I could reach the admin panel via mobile app. Everything was normal. We have changed to another firewall to keep our network alive. Problem is not related with our network, it is related with the device. How can we detect the problem and solve it ? Thanks

Hello,
Only way how to check the device when GUI or SSH is not reachable is via console. And from console verify some basic things like CPU/Memory utilization, crashes, live debugs etc.
From logs (system events and crashlog), you can check if if device was in conserve mode during this time or any application crashed. If device was in conserve mode, only live logs could tell us which process is taking the most memory and then follow up based on this with TAC.
