Fortigate 60D firmware

Hi guys ,

How can I obtain the last firmware for my 60D ?

I got it from a friend i did not buy it myself.

I want to upload my own server certificate ...I uploaded it but I dont see how to assign it to the https...

Hello,

The Fortigate 60D's last firmware version is 6.0.16.
By following the links below, you can access the support portal and download the version.

Visit support.fortinet.com >> Support >> Firmware download >> Select product fortigate >> Download >> v6.00 >> 6.0 >> 6.0.16
You will find the firmware image if you search for the 60D.

For using your cert:

config system global

   set admin-server-cert MyCertName

end

Afterwards, the FGT will present your cert at the admin interface (https://myfgt...).

As for the firmware, you will only be able to download the image if you have an account. To get an account, you will have to register a valid serial number.

The seller should be able to get the image. If not, he/she might transfer ownership to you, by opening a ticket with Customer Service.

Only if you bought the hardware from A reseller. In my case I bought it from ebay I opened the ticket but they told me that I need an official authorization from the previous owner. Result I did throw in the bin that peace of useless hardware and buy a new firewall from another company

You can register the device and create the support account. Then you can download firmware at support.fortinet.com.
