Fortigate 60D After the last update Exchange mail not working properly

I did Update Forti OS 5.4.1 , after the update my fotrinet sow some misbehave like load balancing not working ,Exchange mail not Working like that. anyone have any Idea how to downgrade my forti os.

The diag debug flow command if your friend. You need to run it to determine what's breaking ?

What exactly is the issue? "Not Working" is kinda vague and makes it hard to help assist you with your issue.

Is the traffic having issues coming in, but is flowing out fine? Vice versa?

Hi Mike,

Not Working means , When my Wan 1 connections was down , my entire net will be down, that time i did login to fortnet and manually disable wan1 interface  got internet via wan2.

and when we using exchange server mail that will show trying to connect with loading symbol and it will connected after 10 or 20 min time. but mail Sync was very slow. these are major issue.
