Hello,
I am using 60C.
I cannot access to WEB GUI when I connect my laptop via RJ45 patch cord with laptop ip 192.168.1.101 255.255.255.0
https://192.168.1.99 is not accessible.
but I can access the console via console cable.
How can I enable the web gui again?
by adding management IP?
below is the system interfaces:

So where should I config the web gui ip address?
port 1 address or add a management IP?
Thanks.
It is always the IP your FortiGate has on the physical or vlan interface your client is connected to :)

Hi
I think that 60C does not have a dedicated management port.
you can configure any port you wish according to your topology (port assigned to internal LAN).

Hi keffen611,
This happened to me on my 50E. Very sudden. GUI cannot be accessed, only CLi via console cable.
I am pulling my hair out already, and my last resort is HQIP.
I opened a ticket and uploaded the HQIP logs, and the engineer quickly realized that it is a hardware failure on the CPU unit.
My unit suddenly became eligible for RMA, and it was promptly replaced by Fortinet.
You should try to perform HQIP on it to see if its hardware failure.
Cheers :)
