Fortigate 60C boot fail after update and CLI is not responding

Hello everyone! I have some problem with my Fortinet 60C, it doesn't boot after firmware updat. CLI is also not working. When I restarting it only "PWR" led and "INTERNAL" 1-5 diode goes green. CLI connection options are correct (9600, 8, 1, none, none), but there are no response.

Is there any way to solve this problem or make a flash recovery? I will be grateful - Thanks!

Did you get any answer from this? From TAC?

Just for receiving a boot message you don't need any flash or "flash recovery procedure". Looks like a hardware failure.

Hook up to the console port and watch out for any messages during a power cycle:

- no messages at all: power supply failure?

- some messages: which ones?

Could be failed flash upgrade, or a flash hardware failure. Action to take depends on messages after boot.

- no warning messages up to "System started." message: failed fw upgrade.

Let's see.
