Fortigate - 6.4.10 - Email Notifications of Virus Detection

Is there an automation stitch or some other item that can be configured that can alert us via email if a virus is detected as either transmitting OUT or getting downloaded?

I recently enabled the "Virus" protection profile on a rule and would like to know when it detects a problem and prevents further problems.

May I propose you to update your FortiGate and follow this document:

You can set up Automation stitches for security event logs which include Virus logs.
