Fortigate 400F lost mgmt access

Hello Guys, 

Please somebody help us. We have changed the mgmt ip address on the Firewall Fortigate 400 and now its not reachable via https no more with new and old mgmt ip. And its not possible to restart it. Maybe somebody knows what to do. How to set up the mgmt access now

Either use annother interface that has ssh/https enabled or connect a serial console to check what went wrong

Thank you very much. 

We have had the console connection. And the mgmt has been set up correctly, also https is available. But now something happened with console and its not available any more. Thats so strange

Please try from different PC and also different console cable. Also make sure settings match as below:

Also turn off Windows firewall on the PC for testing purposes
