Fortigate 400E HA sync issue

i noticed that my 400E HA often have this HA not sync issue.

Main unit priority is 192, 2nd unit is priority 128.

2nd unit will sometimes show out of sync.

how do i ensure both are always in sync?

Hello,

It depends on what is causing cluster going out-of-sync. I suggest to check which part of the config is not matching. You can use this KB to check how to do it:

Based on that, you can focus on the problem. If it is some dynamic object that is often changing, then short period of time when cluster is not in-sync is expected. Also, the question is, how long and how often is the cluster out-of-sync and if it will synchronize without your intervention.
