Dear Sir,
I am using Fortigate 500D. I found a problem on boot up.
It is stuck at a loop Force a clean power cycle.

Hi there,
just want to check if you managed to find the where issue was?
I'm having the same problem :(
Are you able to solve this issue, Fortigate itself cannot reach TFTP (Bootloader) page.
If you still can enter the bootloader (it asks you to press a key for it sometime during boot) you might format the bootdevice and then up a new firmwareimage via tftp.
If that don't work or is not available anymore I'd recommend opening an RMA Case with TAC.

Thank you for your input.
It's out of support so RMA is not an option:)
I've managed to fix couple units which weren't going as far as Bootloader. It was replacing RAM or Disk etc.
But I've never seen this error before and just looking for any guidance or ideas to see which component might be faulty and could be replaced..
Or if someone knows the boot process what does it do once all CPU's are done?
