Fortigate 30E RDP Double NAT

I can't understand why my RDP is not working. On my cisco router I have port forwarding to extern WAN of my firewall (192.168.64.100) and from there I have a Virtual IP with port forwarding from extern WAN to my computer (192.168.1.100) on port 3389. I made a policy for that: incoming - WAN, outgoing - internal, source-all, destination - Virtual IP. 

Now I can see that policy being hit (27 times - so many times i tried to connect) but I still cannot connect. I just get a window RDP Computer could not be found.
