Fortigate 300E SSL VPN web portal stop responding

last Monday and this Monday, when we got office to start work, we found the ssl vpn web portal stop responding. but other function runs well. i guess the problem is that i added a RDP predefined bookmarks 2 weeks ago. but the rdp is a essential item for hundred people. now the only solution from me is power reboot the device. Could anyone help me to solve the problem? Thanks,Adsnow

Till now, 3 weeks, we found it works well. maybe the session is too long, we changed the RDP idle account log off time from 2 hours to half hour, log off the disconnect account from 1 hour to half hour. hope the problem can be solved. if you have the same case, hope this can help you a little.
