Hi @SajjadAli-1986,
Just to let you know, this is the Article Ideas Submission queue, which is used to submit new KB article ideas. For technical assistance, please either post to the Fortinet Support Forum or open a ticket with Fortinet TAC Support.
With that being said, one thing you can do is fresh-install firmware to the FortiGate using TFTP. These Community KB articles are helpful for this task (and you can find more articles like this by searching our Fortinet Community site:
With all that in mind, I will be closing this request at this time since this is not a new Article Idea submission.
Thanks pjang,
I have moved this topic to the support forum.
I'd suggest formatting the bootdevice via bootloader (requires serial console) to make sure the filesystem is good and then uploading new firmware via ftp via bootloader. However you will need to have access to the support portal to get firmware images (requires an account plus at least one registered device with valid FortiCare license).
