Hello,
Disable "resolve-ip" and check:
config log setting
set resolve-ip disable
end
If you able to see logs on FortiCloud then it's a bug

Resolv ip after disable it worked.
Select Forum Responses to become Knowledge Articles!
Select the “Nominate to Knowledge Base” button to recommend a forum post to become a knowledge article.
