Fortigate 1240B 5.2 under-reports all traffic by a wide margin

In FortiView (and with data sent to FortiAnalyzer), all traffic is under-reported by a scale of ~100x. So I get very low metrics such as 0.5GB in 24-hours for an IP that should display at least 50GB. There is only 1 active VDOM. Firmware is v5.2.10, build742.

Traffic shapping and application control is off on ALL policies.
