Fortigate 110c Status Light off

My company' s fortigate 110c " Status" light is off and it should be light on with green, so what does it means? hardware error or software error?

Hook up to the console port and see what' s happening at boot up. You could try reflashing the firmware from there, if it gets that far, and you want to give it a try.

maybe a defective LED, if the FGT is working normally.

Status light is off by default, only green on startup fase.
