Fortigate 100d. Sfp doesn't work

Hello to all!
There is fortigate 100d, SFP ports are not displayed in the network - interface tab. When the transceiver is connected, it heats up, but no indication. What is the problem?

Which transceiver? This one might not be compatible with your Fortigate.
