Fortigate 1000C hardware issues

Hi everyone

How can i get a detailed hardware introduction for 1000C.

I want to know the max number of concurrent connections that the network card can withstand and the max throughput of this machine.

Recently, this machine has been experiencing packet loss. We have checked and found no configuration issues, and we have also turned off the NPU acceleration for this traffic. However, packet loss still occurs, so I would like to see if it is a hardware issue with the machine.

Anyway, please tell me the relevant hardware parameters.

Thank u very much.

Hello Asda

  • Which FortiOS version?
  • Is packet lost on all interfaces or on 10G only?
  • Can you post the command output that shows packet lost?

Hi AEK

  • Version: FortiGate-1000C v5.4.10,build1220,180821 (GA)

  • Packet lost on RJ45,there are two interfaces that are also the only ones I use.

  • And i am not sure if the following command can display packet loss. I found that the packet loss was due to a business interruption, and subsequent packet capture did not detect any packet loss.

I think the field I enlarged represents packet loss in the in direction. If it is not           correct, please correct it.Thank you very much.

Honestly I don't know what is sw_np_out_dp_pkt, but to see if there are errors on my interfaces I use the below command, and I check on the connected switch side as well.
