Fortifone don't sync with SNTP FortiVoice 200D Interface

I'm having some troubles with my fortifone where no one sync with my sntp server (Same as FortiVoice Interface where is the same as Proxy Address and TFTP Server)

Each Fortifone Configuration file assigned have on the sntp.address parameter the correct IP.

It's simple just doesn't like the sntp address. :C

Someone knows a few debug commands to helpme with this? Or have been experimented a similar issue?
