Forticloud error when using external captive portal.

I open this post to see if I can get any solution to my problem.

I have purchased 4 fortiAP 221c I am using it with forticloud for the configuration with an external captive portal, which is presenting problems.

I host the captive portal in a web, the equipment is configured (clickthrough) after storing an electronic mail and a name of the client (I am not using any method of authentication is only to fulfill the requirements that are to fill the empty boxes).

The users have a connection time which was not set by me, approximately 30 to 40 minutes before disconnecting. it has the following error.

Deauthenticated because sending STA is leaving (or has left) IBS

after several days users stop connecting and begin to present problems in the browser, (TOO MANY REDIRECTS) and does not allow access to the captive portal.

Someone has any idea of ​​this error. I'm using the basic settings of the profiles
