Hi there!
I have three Fortigates, two physical and one on AWS. Recently (since 05/02/25) I have noticed that Forticloud is not collecting the VPN logs that I usually check daily.
The current firmware version on all three devices is 7.4.3.
The Forticloud connection is fine on the console.
Has anyone experienced this?

Please confirm other logs you are able to check properly.
Have you tried different browsers? Are you able to view logs in the CLI? Please refer to:

Also, make sure FortiGate is able to reach FortiCloud. Otherwise, it won't be able to retrieve logs from FortiCloud.
