ForticlientVPN connected but not working in Ubuntu 22.04

hello, im having a trouble at using ForticlientVPN where the application returns confirmation required everytime im connecting. and after it's connected as seen in ifconfig output and forticlientVPN GUI but still the vpn still cannot be used.

could you check if your user in the list of vpn ssl users?

get vpn ssl monitor

If yes, check for your firewall policy for the access to your ssl vpn users.

i am using sso with azure to my company. in windows i can connect to it just fine. is there any problem with linux os (particularly windows)??
