I am running a strange problem that break my head, I have Fortitoken set for about 20 users with LDAP authentication, it's functionning.
Last day I have reset the iPhone of one user, re-assign Fortitoken (the same as I have no other free) in the FortiToken Mobile app. Since then, she receive permanently the error -445 when connecting after entering the Fortitoken. I have tested with my account and my Fortitoken in his Windows session --> No Problem! I have disabled the Fortitoken for her --> No problem
So... what is wrong with this 2-Factor auth? I remember that I had same problem before when we have used SMS as a 2-Factor auth.
