Hi,
Kindly always use this troubleshooting methodology when seeking for help:
1. Provide as much info as possible on your context (Windows or macOS, FortiOS version etc)
2. Was it working fine previously? Is it a whole new setup?
3. Is it everyone facing the same issue (which indicates potential misconfig on FortiGate side), or is it certain users only (this narrow down the scope)
4. Provide error screenshots whenever possible.
5. What troubleshooting you have tried but not work.
With your one sentence, we do not even know is it SSLVPN or IPsec VPN, is it Windows or macOS.
This is equivalent to asking the Internet: 'I am bad at sports, please advise'. This seems no good, aren't it?

Hi,
We do not get an error but it gets stuck on disconnecting and the password changes to a longer character password.
1. The devices are all Windows 11 OS.
2. It has worked on another laptop with the same build.
3. Certain users
4. Do not have any screenshots currently.
5. We tried installing a previous version of Forticlient which worked.

Having the same issue here.
1. Have Windows 10 v22H2
2. Fortinet VPN Client v7.4.2.1737
3. Using Single Sign-On for VPN Tunnel
4. Gets "Credential or SSLVPN configuration is wrong. (-7200)"
The strange thing is that the first time you attempt to connect after doing the FortiCient upgrade from: v7.2.1.0779 --> v7.4.2.1737, it works ok.
However, if you try to connect a second time, and anytime after that, we get the -7200 credential or SSLVPN error.
If the new v7.4.2.1737 client is uninstalled, and the old v7.2.1.0779 client is installed, then all is good, and the client connects every time without issue.
What are we doing wrong?
Aloha,
Jonathan
