Forticlient vpn 7.4.3 fortips_74.sys vulnerability

File is present in Windows drivers folder.

PSIRT is unclear on whether vpn-only edition is vulnerable. There is no 7.4.4 release for vpn-only.

Is vpn-only vulnerable? If yes, when is update coming?

Yes the VPN only version is vulnerable. And the CWE has a high severity.
Only news I got last week is that they are working on it but no ETA yet. Don't get it that they keep distributing this vulnerable version on their website.
