I am using Forti Client EMS version 7.0.8.
I have purchased 125 user license out of which 103 are used.
But in system dashboard, it is showing only 89 are used (online + Offline).
How can I check the remaining user license or troubleshoot on the issue?
Nominating a forum post submits a request to create a new Knowledge Article based on the forum post topic. Please ensure your nomination includes a solution within the reply.
Also, confirm if this can be a bug?

Hello,
In your EMS dashboard, top right 'Manage Widget', enable Endpoint Management widget.
In the widget, you can click on 'Unmanaged' device, which you can see a list of previously joined device that has been disconnected.
You can see their 'last seen' status there.
It is likely that those endpoints are offline for long and exceed license timeout of 30 days, EMS auto release the license. If endpoints are in 'unmanaged' state, you can just let end user to manually input EMS IP or Invitation Code to rejoin back to EMS again.

Select the “Nominate to Knowledge Base” button to recommend a forum post to become a knowledge article.
