Forticlient on MacOSX

Client is running Mojave (10.14.6) and FortiClient 6.2.2.685 and can connect to the VPN.  When connected, however, the client can do nothing else (http to internal resources, ping in or out, DNS, nothing).  I have the person use another laptop and sign in to the FortiClient 6.2.1, and it works as it is supposed to (same username password and IPSEC settings). I am unable to locate the 6.2.1 software, and even the online installer for 6.0 still downloads the same 6.2.2.685 code. Any ideas or suggestions?
