Forticlient not showing VPN configurations from EMS after disconnecting from the VPN

Hi,

I'm using forticlient 6.4.6 in MacOS 10.14.6. I'm connected to my company EMS, and I have 2 different VPNs from the EMS with SAML login. I can connect without problem, but sometimes when it disconnects by itself then it's impossible to reconnect because the "remote access" section doesn't show the 2 VPNs anymore, I only see the "Configure VPN" link. I need to reboot the laptop in order to "fix" the issue.

I've checked the logs and I found some crash files with the same error:

Process: fcconfig [2398]
Path: /Library/Application Support/Fortinet/*/fcconfig
Identifier: fcconfig
Version: 0
Code Type: X86-64 (Native)
Parent Process: launchd [1]
Responsible: fcconfig [2398]
User ID: 0

Date/Time: 2022-05-04 17:50:31.240 +0200
OS Version: Mac OS X 10.14.6 (18G103)
Report Version: 12
Bridge OS Version: 4.2 (17P3050)
Application Specific Information:
*** Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSInvalidArgumentException', reason: 'data parameter is nil'
terminating with uncaught exception of type NSException
abort() called

Any insights why this is happening and how to fix it?

Thanks!
