Forticlient not connecting

Using fortigate 600 E. IPSEC forticlient is not working. I tried all troubleshooting steps mentioned in forums and docs, still no luck.

It's just IPSEC dialup VPN using forticlient. Attached screenshot of config and the logs.

Hi,

Please keep following debug when trying to connect VPN :

#diag deb reset 
#diag vpn ike log-filter src-addr4 X.X.X.X   --> Public IP trying to connect
#diag debug application ike -1 
#diag debug console timestamp enable 
#diag debug enable

Along with this output, please share the name of the expected name of VPN tunnel which should be matched
