Forticlient mac network connection delayed

Hi folks,

I installed version 6.0.4 of FortiClient Mac and connected it to my home FWF30. I played with a couple of options in the settings but am experiencing weird issue - there is like a 30 sec delay after connecting to WiFi (even one without Fortitelemetry). It has a practical impact on me - I have a SSID with open portal and the welcome window is not showing up at all, which is really comfusing. Does anyone know what's causing the delay and how to prevent it?
