Forticlient lite 4.3.3

Hi. I like this simple AV. Only draw back is the XP (SP3)' s Security Center complains that Forticlient is turned off. (while it isn' t) So SC recognizes it, but fails to see it' s turned on. Thanks! FranÃ§ois P.S. Rebooting doesn' t help.

Hi fblais, Do you have any other AntiVirus software installed on your PC? I don' t have the issue on XP SP3. L.C.

No, I don' t. For what it' s worth, I uninstalled it after a complete scan which took more than 7 hours! (and only about 40BG to scan) I then installed MSE and had the same issue. (and the same scan took even more time so it went uninstalled too) I' m now running Webroot' s WSA and the Secutity Center doesn' t complain about the AV being turned off. Go figure.

mmm, that does sound odd. What the result from WebRoot' s WSA scan? Any possibility that the PC might have virus infection? L.C
