Forticlient license for off-grid users

Hi,

I have FortiClient EMS server with licenses and I have users who cannot connect to ems server, can I use these licenses for forticlient who cannot connect to EMS server?

Hi Aminet,

Ems license only syncs when there is a telemetry connection established.
For connection issues, see if FCT can reach EMS on port 8013.
log FortiEsnac on FCT folder logs\trace sometimes points in some directions.
