In Mac machines with Forticlient version 6.2.0 we have observed that on connecting, Forticlient gives the error tunnel not configured properly. This is happening only at a certain location isp. When moved to a different location with different isp it is working fine.

What version of FortiOS are you running on the FortiGatE?
Hello Graham,
The version with issue is 6.2.0. Although we have used a different version(6.4.8) and it is working fine now, we want to know if thee is any know issue with the 6.2.0 version of forticlient for macos
I would say almost definitely there's a bug in there. 6.2.0 is the very first release in the 6.2 train so it's likely full of bugs. 6.2.9 would be much better release to use if you must use 6.2.X. Also 6.2.X is going EOS this year so you should really be using 6.4 at least, possibly 7.X too.
